Alabama DHR invites you to submit a proposal to provide a total of
160 statewide slots of Transitional Living Programs (80 slots) and
Independent Living Programs (80 slots) to children in the custody of
the state. Transitional Living Services may be provided in a
residential setting or in an alternative setting, such a specialized
foster home care.
