The ALABAMA DEPARTMENT OF HUMAN RESOURCES, (hereinafter referred to as
“the Department”) seeks qualified vendors to provide up to 850 statewide
slots of Therapeutic Foster Care (TFC) services. Therapeutic Foster Care
is a time-limited (usually no longer that eighteen months) intensive
intervention for children, who are in the custody of the state, not able
to live at home, and who fit the diagnostic and behavioral criteria set
forth by the Department.
A more complete description of the services sought for this project is
provided in Section 3, Scope of Project. Proposals submitted in response
to this solicitation must comply with the instructions and procedures
contained herein.
