The ALABAMA DEPARTMENT OF HUMAN RESOURCES seeks a qualified vendor to provide at least forty (40) slots of Rehab Intervention Service Enrichment (RISE) services for children in the custody of the state. Proposed facilities must be located in Jefferson County, Alabama. RISE is for children with Diagnostic & Statistical Manual, Fifth Edition (DSM-V) diagnosis within the range of 290-316 and who have the mental and physical functional capacity to participate in the services.
