Alabama DHR invites qualified vendors to submit a proposal to
develop and implement a Media/Recruitment Campaign to: increase
community awareness of the mission and services provided by the
Department; enhance community perception and convey a value message
of the benefits that the Department provides to the community;
recruit social workers; and recruit foster care homes in Jefferson
County and Shelby County, Alabama.
Vendors must propose to utilize an array of media channels in
developing a broad, comprehensive, cost-effective social marketing
strategy. Proposed projects must incorporate compelling videos,
effective and innovative print, web and communication strategies.
