The ALABAMA DEPARTMENT OF HUMAN RESOURCES seeks a qualified vendor to provide Pre /Post Adoption Services to families and children in the adoption process. Services must include: information and referral services; a library; support groups; educational opportunities; counseling; an annual adoption conference; an annual summer camp; and training; recruitment and home studies for families to be matched to special needs children. In addition the selected vendor will be required to recruit, train and complete approved home studies for up to seventy-five (75) adoptive homes per year for the term of the contract.
