The ALABAMA DEPARTMENT OF HUMAN RESOURCES seeks qualified vendors to provide at least eighty (40 female and 40 male) slots of Intensive Residential Services for children in the custody of the Department. Additional slots may be awarded for this procurement based upon needs of the Department. The facility (ies) where services are provided will be located in Montgomery County. These services must be provided in a congregate care setting, and must consist of room, board and an expansive array of services for children with serious and/or chronic emotional and/or behavioral management problems that adversely impact their ability to function in a family, school and/or community setting outside of a residential environment.
