The ALABAMA DEPARTMENT OF HUMAN RESOURCES, (hereinafter referred to
as “the Department”) invites you to submit a proposal for the
development of and implementation of strategies for marketing the
needs and expectation for Department staff in Jefferson County; for
developing and implementing training for the development of
communication skills for social workers, especially in the courtroom
setting; and for developing and implementing training for front-line
management staff in Jefferson County.
