The ALABAMA DEPARTMENT OF HUMAN RESOURCES, (hereinafter referred to as “the Department”) seeks a qualified vendor to provide and support forty-eight (48) Jefferson County Short Term Assessment and Respite (STAR) foster homes in Jefferson County. The STAR teams must be trained and work with County, State, and other professional staff to assess and meet the needs of children upon initial entry into foster care. A more complete description of the services sought for this project is provided in Section 3, Scope of Project. Proposals submitted in response to this solicitation must comply with the instructions and procedures contained herein.
