The ALABAMA DEPARTMENT OF HUMAN RESOURCES, (hereinafter referred to as
“the Department”) seeks qualified a Vendor to develop and facilitate
three (3) all-day Independent Living Youth Conferences and four (4)
all-day Independent Living Youth Computer Camps for Alabama foster youth
ages 16-21 and former foster youth ages 18-21. A more complete
description of the services sought for this project is provided in
Section 3, Scope of Project. Proposals submitted in response to this
solicitation must comply with the instructions and procedures contained
herein.
