Dedicated, Responsible, Empowered, & Motivated
The D.R.E.A.M. Council, (Dedicated, Responsible, Empowered, & Motivated) can be looked at as an extension of the local Youth Advisory Council (YAC). The purpose of the council is to give youth an avenue to voice their opinion, to take control of their lives, and to be a positive role model for all youth in care.
