The ALABAMA DEPARTMENT OF HUMAN RESOURCES seeks qualified vendors to recruit Foster and Adoptive Homes Recruitment Services with specific recruitment activities for children with no identified adoptive resources (ANIR). Vendors are expected to provide Trauma Informed Partnering for Safety (TIPS) or Deciding Together training within a specified time frame. Vendors will also complete all home studies on recruited families. Foster and/or adoptive home family recruitment will be targeted at 450 homes
