The ALABAMA DEPARTMENT OF HUMAN RESOURCES, seeks qualified vendors to provide services through the Employment and Training Program to recipients of food assistance benefits that are ages 18-49. These services will be provided in the following counties: Autauga, Clay, Chambers, Chilton, Coosa, Elmore, Escambia, Lee, Madison, Tallapoosa, Randolph, Russell, Walker and Winston through the local county Departments of Human Resources offices. The purpose of this program is to improve the employability of this population through training and education, and to assist them in obtaining employment to improve their economic circumstances.
