The ALABAMA DEPARTMENT OF HUMAN RESOURCES seeks a single prime Contractor to continue to provide Electronic Benefits and Funds Transfer (EBT/EFT) Services. The Contractor’s EBT/EFT system(s) must also have the capability to support the addition of other departments, agencies, divisions, and/or programs
during the life of the contract as the Department and/or State deems necessary.
