The ALABAMA DEPARTMENT OF HUMAN RESOURCES, (hereinafter referred to as
“the Department”) is seeking a vendor(s) to provide statewide drug
testing/screening services for families served by the Department of
Human Resources who have been identified, have a history or is suspected
of substance abuse which could possibly endanger the well-being of
children. A more complete description of the services sought for this
project is provided in Section 3, Scope of Project. Proposals submitted
in response to this solicitation must comply with the instructions and
procedures contained herein.
