Alabama DHR invites you to submit a proposal to provide 100
statewide slots of Crisis Stabilization Services to children in the
custody of the state. These services must be provided in a
congregate care setting, and must consist of room, board and a basic
array of services in a temporary setting. Crisis stabilization
services are to be used in rare circumstances when more permanent,
planned placement services are not feasible due to extenuating
circumstances (e.g. the late hour of the day, unknown family history
or support etc.)
