The ALABAMA DEPARTMENT OF HUMAN RESOURCES (hereinafter referred to as “the Department”) seeks qualified vendors to provide professional coaching services. Coaching in this instance is to assist clients in pursuit of employment goals that have been developed to lead clients to self-sufficiency. The Coaching for Excellence in Employment Program will be provided in Autauga, Bullock, Butler, Dallas, Elmore, Jefferson, Lee, Lowndes, Macon, Montgomery, and Russell counties for participants from Family Assistance, Food Assistance, or other DHR programs upon request of the Department of Human Resources beginning April 1st. These services will be expanded to all counties (statewide) effective October 1, 2019.
A more complete description of the essential services for this project is provided in Section 3, Scope of Project of the RFP document. Proposals submitted in response to this solicitation must comply with the instructions and procedures described in the procurement document.
