The ALABAMA DEPARTMENT OF HUMAN RESOURCES, (hereinafter referred to as
"the Department") invites you to submit a proposal to provide Adult Day
Care services for six (6) individuals full-time with transportation and
one (1) individual part-time with transportation in Dallas County.
Recipients of these services will be adults who are at risk of abuse,
neglect, or exploitation or institutionalization. Adult Day Care offers
supervised care in a protective setting for adults who are in need of
supervision and/or care outside of the home for a portion of a 24-hour
day. A more complete description of the services sought for this project
is provided in Section 3, Scope of Project. Proposals submitted in
response to this solicitation must comply with the instructions and
procedures contained herein.
