The ALABAMA DEPARTMENT OF HUMAN RESOURCES, seeks qualified Vendors to coordinate and facilitate a Statewide Transportation Services Program. Vendors are to transport persons as needed, seven days weekly to employment and employment-related activities or other activities specified by the Department. A more complete description of the services sought for this project is provided in Section 3, Scope of Project. Proposals submitted in response to this solicitation must comply with the instructions and procedures contained herein.
