The ALABAMA DEPARTMENT OF HUMAN RESOURCES seeks qualified vendors to provide Therapeutic Transitional Services for Youth 15 to 21 years of age that have typically been difficult to place. These services must be offered in a therapeutic transitional foster home. Services must include the life skill training and development and must provide the support needed to guide youth to independence.
