The ALABAMA DEPARTMENT OF HUMAN RESOURCES invites qualified vendors to submit a proposal for the Shelby County Wraparound Services. The selected vendor will be required to provide a wide
range of comprehensive services. Wraparound Services are intensive in-home services to
families to prevent removal or to facilitate reunification between children and their
families. A more complete description of the services sought for this project is provided
in Section 3, Scope of Project of the RFP document. Proposals submitted in response to
this solicitation must comply with the instructions and procedures described in the
procurement document.
