THE STATE OF ALABAMA DEPARTMENT OF HUMAN RESOURCES (DHR) WILL RELEASE A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFPs) FOR THE SERVICE/PROGRAM LISTED BELOW ON THURSDAY, AUGUST 06, 2020.
The ALABAMA DEPARTMENT OF HUMAN RESOURCES, (hereinafter referred to as “the Department”) seeks qualified vendor to provide the following service:
- Moderate Residential Services for Children RFP# 2020-100-04
Proposals submitted in response to these solicitations must comply with the instructions and procedures described in the procurement documents.
The RFP documents will be available by 5:00 p.m. on the date specified above on the Department’s website (www.dhr.alabama.gov), Click on the RFP link for any of the title (s) listed above under ANNOUNCEMENTS, or click on Requests for Proposals under LINKS, then click on the RFP link for title(s) of interest.
The initial contract terms will be for a period of three (3) years. The contract’s beginning date is undetermined due to the consideration of recruiting new vendors and will be based upon the needs of the Department. Renewals of the contract, as agreed upon by both parties, may be made at one-year intervals, or any interval that is advantageous to the Department, not to exceed a total of two (2) years, at the option of the Department. On the agreed upon start date, selected vendors must be fully operational.
