The mission of the Information Services Division (IS) is to support the mission, vision and goals of the Department of Human Resources by providing effective information services to all employees and clients of the Department through the effective use of technology and the timely delivery of supporting services.
It is the vision of IS to be an organization that is focused on supporting the Department’s mission and goals through the efficient, effective application of knowledge, technology and creative energy that results in a robust, synergistic work environment.

Infrastructure Group
The Infrastructure group manages all aspects of DHR’s IT infrastructure including desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, networks, servers, storage, email, databases, application servers, web servers, backups, security, helpdesk, operations, mainframe support, disaster recovery, purchasing, asset management, and training.
Product Integrity
Product Integrity helps manage changes to DHR applications and improve the quality of our applications and services.
System Development
The Systems Development group is responsible for all computer software development, maintenance, and technical support for the Department of Human Resources.
