The ALABAMA DEPARTMENT OF HUMAN RESOURCES seeks a qualified consultant with successful experience working with states to continue developing their Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) Employment and Training (E&T) Program and increase the capacity of E&T Partners. The Employment and Training Consultant will: 1) assist the Department with developing strategies to assist
partners in expanding their E&T capacity; 2) assist in developing and writing the State’s Annual SNAP E&T Plan; and
3) assist in developing state third-party partnerships.
