The ALABAMA DEPARTMENT OF HUMAN RESOURCES seeks a qualified vendor to continue to provide Electronic Benefits and Funds Transfer (EBT/EFT) Services for multiple departments, agencies, divisions and/or programs in the State of Alabama. The proposed EBT/EFT system(s) must provide at least the same functionality of the State’s current system. It must also have the capability to support the addition of other departments, agencies, divisions and/or programs during the life of the contract as the Department and/or State deems necessary.
