The ALABAMA DEPARTMENT OF HUMAN RESOURCES, seeks qualified vendors to provide at least fifty (50) statewide slots in a Crisis and Assessment Program (CAP). Additional slots may be awarded for this procurement based upon needs of the Department. These programs must meet the minimum requirements for group homes as defined by the Minimum Standards for Residential Child Care Facilities.
