The ALABAMA DEPARTMENT OF HUMAN RESOURCES, (hereinafter referred to as “the Department”) seeks qualified vendors to provide Adult Day Care Services to the following counties in Alabama: Jefferson and Madison. Recipients of these services are adults who are at risk of abuse, neglect, exploitation, or institutionalization. Adult Day Care Services provides supervised care in a protective setting for adults who are in need of supervision and/or care outside of the home for a portion of a 24-hour day. A more complete description of the services sought for this project is provided in Section 3, Scope of Project. Proposals submitted in response to this solicitation must comply with the instructions and procedures described in the procurement document.
